Richard H. Boehnke, has offered consulting services to a number of organizations.
His extensive administrative experience with the Department of Public Health
in the City of Toronto and work with the emergency planning officals has
provided an excellent background to advise others.
He recently completed a contract with the University of Cincinnati to
implement a soil/dust sampling project for HUD to determine the level of
lead throughout the United States. Sampling sites have included New York
City, Boston, Milwaukee, Chicago, Cleveland, and various cities and towns
in the states of Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Minnesota and California.
Clients include the Ontario Ministry of Health and Home Care; the City
of Ottawa-Carleton Health Department and the City of Hamilton Social and
Public Health Services.
