Richard H. Boehnke, has extensive administrative experience with the Department of Public Health in the City of Toronto. He was responsible for the development of the emergency planning preparation for the 10 public health units in the greater Metropolitan Toronto area, ensuring that the plans were updated, exercised adequately and reported upon. These plans were designed to be in harmony with the Metropolitan Toronto Emergency Planning Advisory Committee (Metropolitan Toronto Police).

Richard is presently a member of the Emergency Planning Committee of the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
